How many of us are doing it?
Most of the time, we are running with the thoughts & emotions. As emotions, feelings, thoughts and actions of current moment occupies our mind completely without a picosecond gap – there is no time to pause and rewind. To bring our mind out of this continuous thinking process & makes it enter into self-awareness search zone – A conscious attempt is required for that.
