Project Charter – Mind Map

Posted by Babou on November 13, 2009

Project charter is an important document for every project. Understanding its use, what is required to created it, do’s & don’t of it is a key for a Project manager or senior management. Project Charter is the one and only output of Develop Project Charter process in Initiating process group. I tried providing detailed information about the same in a Mind Map format. Below comprehensive picture is a 3697px *1658px picture with a sample project charter included.

Important Note:

* Note# 1: There could be some typo or presentation errors. Please reply back for any corrections.

* Note# 2: You can use this for personal use (like studying for PMP Exam or PM activities). But don’t share this in common forum or web sites. As this one is part of my training guide and project management book.
